Who we are
The Working Group for Electrotherapy (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Elektrotherapie, AGET) was established in 1991 with a clear mission: to promote electrotherapy and facilitate communication between physicians, physiotherapists and industry stakeholders in Germany. Through collaborative work, the group acts as an advisor to Physio-Deutschland (ZVK), bridging theory and practice.
Our mission and scope include
Education and training: We prepare qualified speakers and offer ongoing professional development through certified seminars, webinars and in-house training sessions.
Scientific engagement: Presenting the latest electrotherapy and biofeedback studies, advancing medical technology and supporting academic work, including bachelor’s theses and clinical studies.
Networking & Advocacy: Building a network of health professionals, representing electrotherapy within physiotherapy and promoting its wider implementation in practices and institutions.
